Position Summary Tecnoplast USA is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and Part-Time Full-Service Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support the company's day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This position will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable, receivables, completing monthly bank/credit card reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with tax-related responsibilities according to our CPA, preparing accurate monthly financial reports, and filing for the office. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, verifying charges, and preparing payments. Manage accounts receivable, including recording payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on past-due accounts. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date general ledger. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Record journal entries and maintain supporting documentation. Prepare and organize documents for tax filings. Coordinate with the company's outside CPA or tax professional as necessary. Help ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and company procedures. Maintain organized and confidential financial records. Qualifications 15-20 years full-service bookkeeping Associate or bachelor's degree in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, and financial reporting. Experience in preparing records and supporting documents for tax filings. Proficient with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly. Experience working for a manufacturing company is preferred but not required.
