Duties Accounts Receivable Process Payroll Processing & Payroll Tax Preparation Data Entry Bank Statement Reconciliations Prepare and Update Spreadsheets Skills Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Online), Accounting CS, and other financial software tools Proficiency in spreadsheets Ability to perform bank and account credit card statement reconciliations with precision Payroll processing experience (including payroll tax payment processing and payroll tax return preparation) Accounts Payable processing experience (coding of invoices and expenses, preparation of accounts payable checks, management of vendor files) Experience preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets Minumum of 3 years related experience. Public Accounting experience preferred Excellent organizational skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial data handling This role is ideal for candidates with solid bookkeeping/accounting experience who are eager to contribute to a professional team dedicated to excellence.
