Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong focus on customer service. Applicant must be organized, detailed-oriented, and willing to be cross trained in other areas.
Mandatory skills:
Exceptional capability in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks. Willing to learn and apply new technology. Must have 5 years of related professional experience.Required job duties:
- Customer service: in person, phone, and email
- Maintain Company records and customer accounts
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Dispatching of drivers and mechanics
- Responsible for DOT reports, audits, and all employee DOT compliance
- Maintaining truck records
- Responsible for dumpster rental records
- Maintain Dumpster Inventory
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable

Safety Audits Benefits:
7 paid holidays and $600 per month health insurance allowance after 90-day probationary period. One week paid vacation after 1 year. Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years.Pay:
