Job Description

Starting pay 13hr plus commission

BUY HERE PAY HERE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage buy pay here portfolio Approve credit applicationand set customers up on payment arrangements. Ensure compliance with compary policies, state and federal regulations, and lending laws Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on delinquencies. Handle reposseesions and reactivations in a professional and efficient manner. ◦ Maintain accurate records in Frazer and ensure documents are complete. ○ Work closely with sales team to build strong customer relationships. Provide excellent phone customer service and resolve customer concerns. Meet and exceed portfolio pertormance and collection goals. Learn inventory to provide and assist with sales Must be self motivated

Pay:

From $13.00 per hour
