Bookkeeper / QuickBooks Online Advanced Specialist Turner Labels | Lexington, KY Full-Time | On-Site About Turner Labels Turner Labels is a growing label manufacturing company serving customers across the spirits, beverage, food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and industrial markets. As we continue to grow and modernize our operations, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who can take ownership of our day-to-day accounting functions while helping us transition to a more efficient financial system. The Opportunity We are currently transitioning our accounting and financial processes from Label Traxx to QuickBooks Online Advanced . We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and can play a key role in making that transition successful. This is not simply a data-entry bookkeeping position. We want someone who understands accounting workflows, can help establish better processes, and is comfortable taking ownership of the financial details of a growing manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities

• Help lead the transition of accounting functions from Label Traxx to QuickBooks Online Advanced
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter and process vendor bills, payments, customer payments, and deposits
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain an accurate general ledger
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections and past-due receivables
• Manage vendor records and payment information
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial reports for management
• Maintain accurate records for expenses, fixed assets, and other financial activity
• Work with outside accountants and tax professionals as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
• Help develop and document accounting procedures as we move into QuickBooks Online Advanced What We're Looking For
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online , preferably QuickBooks Online Advanced
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience transitioning or implementing accounting software is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to identify problems and recommend better ways of doing things
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus, but not required What Will Make Someone Successful Here We are looking for someone who doesn't just process transactions but understands why the numbers matter .
