Account Receivables Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY

Billing customers. Managing and resolving customer issues. Processing payments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Billing customers Managing and resolving customer issues Processing payments Invoicing through Customer Portals Invoicing through the Deliver Ticket process Customer collection activities Mailing and emailing daily invoices and credits Processes ACH or credit card batches Assisting with monthly statement procedures Assisting with the process of monthly sales tax Route customer calls to appropriate resource

COMPETENCIES

Computer Skills, Communication Skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School or High School equivalent

Schedule:

Tuesday- Thursday 8:30 AM- 5:00

PM Required Education:

Entry level

Required Experience:

Accounting 1-2 years
