Job Description

Who is Froedge Machine and Supply Company? Froedge Machine and Supply has been in the manufacturing business for over 60 years. Based in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, we deliver diverse engineering and manufacturing solutions large and small to customers across several industries. We also offer industrial servicing and supplies to customers in the automotive, forestry and agricultural sectors. What are we looking for? We are seeking a part time accounting assistant to work in our Tompkinsville, KY facility. As an accounting assistant, you'll help send invoices to customers, enter and verify vendor bills, enter credit card charges, do basic account reconciliations and assist with other day to day accounting tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Accurately verify and enter data into the accounting system Match and file documents Assist in the accounts payable and receivable process Communicate clearly with other employees Send and reply to emails in a professional manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong computer skills is a must Experience with Excel or Google Sheets a plus

Mathematical Competency Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
