We are seeking a dependable Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to manage high-volume progress billing and collections across multiple active projects. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow through accurate billing, timely collections, and proper documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit monthly AIA-style pay applications (G702/G703) based on project milestones across multiple projects\nTrack, verify, and incorporate approved change orders into billing cycles to ensure full cost recovery\nPartner with Project Managers and Engineers to confirm percentage-of-completion data before billing\nMonitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve billing disputes to maintain cash flow\nMaintain retainage tracking and lien waiver documentation in compliance with contract terms\nReconcile customer accounts and support month-end close with AR aging reports

Qualifications:

3+ years of billing/AR experience, preferably in construction or a related project-based industry\nProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Procore, or similar accounting/job-cost software\nFamiliarity with AIA billing, retainage, and lien waiver requirements preferred\nStrong communication skills for client and internal follow-up\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
