This role will focus primarily on B2B collections and managing an established commercial customer portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Manage B2B collections and follow up on past-due accounts Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment issues Resolve account and payment discrepancies Monitor A/R aging and maintain accurate records Assist with AIA billing and other accounting responsibilities over time

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of B2B collections experience Strong communication and follow-up skills Construction industry experience a plus QuickBooks Desktop experience a plus Ability to work independently and take ownership of a portfolio

Schedule:

25-30 hours/week #RJAF123

Pay:

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
