full-time Join a fast-paced Finance Operations team supporting a global technology organization. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage day-to-day AP activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and SOX controls. This in-office role will process approximately 500-600 invoices monthly across multiple ERP systems and entities, while also supporting AP reporting, query resolution, VAT processing, and month-end close activities. The position may also provide support to other Finance d Services functions, including Data Quality, T&E, and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Process domestic and international AP invoices across multiple ERP systems
• Manage 500-600 invoices per month with a high level of accuracy
• Resolve AP inquiries and assist with vendor-related issues
• Run AP aging, hold, and other operational reports
• Accurately record international VAT on AP invoices
• Support AP subledger month-end close activities
• Perform peer reviews to ensure invoice accuracy and policy compliance
• Execute internal and SOX controls
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, ideally within the technology industry
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred, NetSuite a plus
• Public company/software industry experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

Position Details:

This position is on-site five days a week in Westford, MA. The base salary range is $60,000-$65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
