Bookkeeper with Administrative Duties- (Direct Hire) This position is a

DIRECT HIRE ROLE

Responsibilities:

Managing financial records, handling administrative tasks Perform all bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Desktop Processing weekly payroll, bank reconciliations, customer order invoices and payments, vendor invoices and payments Collections calls on past due accounts, new customer credit applications, incoming and outgoing mail, customer and vendor profile maintenance. Assisting the front desk, greeting visitors and clients Support phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls Handle data entry, filing, ensuring all documents are accurate and organized Customer support via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks accounting software and general office management Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Previous bookkeeping, accounting, clerical, administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting Hours are: Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm The salary is up to $40.00 an hour based on experience Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Group life insurance 401K Paid time off
