This is a contract-to-hire opportunity located full-time on-site in Woburn, MA, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM.

$20 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities The Accounts Receivable Client Services Coordinator acts as a vital liaison between the corporate client and the customer accounts undergoing collection, ensuring seamless communication and accurate documentation throughout the recovery process. Accounts Receivable & Client Liaison Serve as the primary administrative contact between the firm, corporate clients, and legal counsel, handling high-volume phone and email inquiries regarding account status. Partner directly with the Collections Manager to support full-cycle accounts receivable workflows and maintain precise account records. Request, compile, and verify supporting billing documentation and financial records from clients to assist with legal debt collection efforts. Administrative & Document Management Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring legal notices, contracts, and financial documents are properly scanned, categorized, and archived. Process incoming correspondence, attorney inquiries, and account disputes, routing urgent matters to leadership for prompt resolution. Qualifications Background in entry-level accounting roles, administrative support, or corporate customer service. Recent college graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field who have a strong interest in pursuing an accounting career are highly encouraged to apply.
