Overview Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable/Office Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations. In this role, you will manage the processing of invoices, ensure accurate data entry, and support financial compliance across in house accounting system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your accounting expertise within a collaborative environment committed to excellence. Must be able to work two Saturdays a month 8-2 p.m. Responsibilities Process and verify invoices Perform account reconciliations Manage accounts payable workflows, including invoice entry, purchase order tracking, and payment scheduling. Handle confidential information with discretion Strong understanding of accounting concepts including debits & credits, account reconciliation, and general ledger management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis is a plus. Answer multi line phone system and assist with taking payments from customers Filing Prepare shipping labels for UPS Prepare bank deposits/reconcile daily work

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
