Armaly Brands is a privately owned, manufacturer of consumer cleaning products under the Brillo™ brand. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an AR/AP Clerk. The AR/AP Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, customer invoices, freight bills, vendor invoices, claims, and related financial records. This position works closely with customers, brokers, operations, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive customer service. Key Responsibilities Create and process customer invoices and credit memos in SAP. Verify customer invoices for accuracy, including shipping addresses, quantities, part numbers, and related billing information. Distribute customer invoices by mail, fax, email, or EDI based on customer requirements. Prepare and provide monthly invoice copies, commission details, and payment information to brokers. Process spin reports in SAP. Reconcile CHEP logs with billing and investigate discrepancies. Monitor customer scorecards and resolve disputes using appropriate supporting documentation. Receive, verify, and match AP invoices to receiving documentation. Enter and maintain AP invoices in SAP and ensure supporting documentation is properly filed. Process freight bills and investigate billing discrepancies. Partner with the Operations Manager to resolve freight bill disputes and claims. Respond to consumer and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and messages. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial and administrative records. Perform other related duties as assigned. Core Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
