Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on weekends. This role is essential in maintaining accurate daily records and supporting our organization. The ideal candidate will bring energy, precision, and a proactive approach to managing bookkeeping tasks during weekend hours, helping us uphold high standards of financial integrity and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse accounting systems and contribute to the success of our store and organization as a whole. We pay weekend differential pay from Friday 4pm through Sunday 11:59 pm. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and transaction recording using accounting software Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow. Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to verify financial accuracy across various accounts. Generate financial reports and summaries for management review, ensuring clarity and precision in reporting. Other duties as assigned - including retail counter associate.
