Accounts Receivable Clerk Kabul Nursing Homes, Inc. is hiring for our financial office team. Whether you are providing direct resident care or supporting operations behind the scenes, every role here matters. This position is full-time, Monday though Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. The A/R Clerk supports financial operations, resident billing, and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and maintaining billing files for skilled nursing services Communicating with residents and responsible parties regarding accounts Entering and maintaining accurate financial and service data Posting payments and reconciling accounts Monitoring outstanding balances and collection activity Assisting with Medicaid processes and eligibility tracking Supporting audits and financial reporting

Requirements:

High school diploma or

GED Preferred:

medical billing/coding or accounting experience & 10-key Strong attention to detail and communication skills Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing is a plus Why Join Our Team?
