Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions such as invoicing, processing payments, and collections
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles for accurate financial records
• Conduct credit analysis on customers to determine creditworthiness
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and

TWO YEARS OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
