Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Finance team by providing administrative and clerical support for accounts payable and vendor management processes. This position helps ensure invoices, payments, and vendor records are handled accurately and efficiently while serving as a helpful resource for vendor inquiries and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the Accounts Payable Department. Maintain vendor records and complete required compliance verifications. Process, scan, and organize invoices and payment documentation. Prepare and distribute vendor payments while maintaining accurate records. Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with resolving payment-related questions. Manage departmental mail and email communications. Support efficient daily department operations while maintaining reliable on-site attendance. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as required for the role You'll be a great fit for this role if you: Enjoy working with numbers and have strong attention to detail.
