SUMMARY The Accounting Clerk IV contributes to a team effort by accomplishing accounting tasks as required at the Corporate level as well as supporting the Project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Other duties may be assigned:
Review invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents, assign financial coding to invoices, credits, credit card transactions, journal entries and enter into accounting system. Research information as requested by various Government entities, TFCS Corporate Accounting, Project Manager, employees, etc. Check statements and follow up on any problems with payments. Assist in review of weekly timesheets in Deltek Timekeeping system as needed. Complete labor and material corrections for SO migrations Tracking of employee tool and boot allowances May be required to perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have data entry skills and experience using current computer software applications. Must be proficient in Excel. Must be able to qualify for security clearance within one month. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years' related experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, managers and staff members.
