Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a local company!

Duties:

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Enter financial transactions into internal databases Maintain digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk is required Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Apply today for immediate consideration!
