Job Description
About the Role We are a growing ecommerce business looking for a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. This is an in-person position requiring approximately 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Record daily sales, refunds, and fees from Shopify, Amazon, and other sales channels Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processing. Manage accounts payable and receivable Track inventory costs and cost of goods sold Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) Assist with payroll processing Work with our external accountant as needed Maintain clean and organized financial records in QuickBooks Online Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (ecommerce or retail experience preferred) Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required) Strong knowledge of Excel.
