• Competitive Pay & Benefits We're currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounting Assistant to join our team and support our finance and operations functions.

What You'll Do:

Legal billing duties

• assist with all tasks necessary to achieve timely and accurate client billing.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing. Prepare and reconcile bank deposits and credit card statements. Help manage expense reports and employee reimbursements. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department. Work closely with the accounting supervisor and other internal team members.

What You Bring:

High school graduate or equivalent. Additional training in the accounting field beyond high school strongly preferred. Preferred accounts payable, billing or other accounting position experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
