is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent accounting graduate to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Office Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public accounting while working with a variety of individual and business clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping and data entry for multiple clients. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting records. Assist with tax preparation and payroll processing. Organize client files and maintain accurate records. Answer phones, greet clients, and provide general office support. Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
