Front Row Motorsports is looking to add a Parts/Accounts Payable Specialist to assist all mechanics and shop personnel with day-to-day operations and report directly to the Parts Manager. This job offer is for a full-time, 40 hour a week position, eligible for company benefits. Typical work week is Monday-Friday, for this position . We are a NASCAR race team and are seeking a highly motivated, technology-forward employee with knowledge of automotive parts and services as well as back-end accounting and inventory processes. This position will entail working with mechanics, technicians, and the accounting team, as well as other specialists by procuring parts from suppliers, maintaining parts inventory, and assisting in the accounting process for the parts orders.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effectively able to utilize management systems Computer skills and effective software utilization General mechanic and vehicle knowledge preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Job responsibilities: Procure parts from various suppliers and maintain inventory levels Coordinate with Parts Manager and other shop personnel for parts orders Utilize management systems to track and manage parts and purchase orders Ensure accurate documentation of parts transactions via accounting software Collaborate with staff to organize and maintain parts inventory Assist in accounting-related duties pertaining to part orders Shipping & receiving duties when parts arrive to deliver to the necessary departments Job benefits: Full Time, 40 hour work week.
