Superior Cranes is seeking an Account Specialist to grow within our company. Please note that this position will be like a floater and will fill in where needed so learning all areas in the Accounting Department is a must. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Job Duties Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT Receive, process, and reconcile statements Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices Qualfications/Skills Understanding accounting principles Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data Ability to maintain confidentiality Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
