Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts Payable/HR professional to join our team. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial transactions, oversee accounts payable processes, and support human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in accounting and HR systems, along with a passion for maintaining accurate records and supporting team needs. Duties Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payment while adhering to company policies and internal controls. Reconcile accounts payable transactions using accounting software Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor information, and payment histories through data entry and account reconciliation. Support HR functions including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and maintaining records. Prepare journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing activities.
