full-time Accounting Assistant (Construction) - On Site role in Old Bridge NJ! Growing construction company seeking an Accounting Assistant to support project billing and accounting operations. This role works closely with Project Managers and is ideal for someone with QuickBooks and AIA billing experience . Responsibilities Process AIA billing and customer invoices. Enter journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records. Support accounts receivable, collections, and payment tracking. Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close. Work with Project Managers on billing, job costs, and project documentation. Maintain records for contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation. Assist with accounts payable and general administrative accounting tasks. Qualifications QuickBooks, AIA billing and construction invoicing preferred.
