Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in day-to-day AP activities.

Responsibilities:

To setup payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment. To review supplier base and make rebate payments. Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc. To properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments.

Requirements:

1. 2 years of QuickBooks online experience, entering billing and making payments. 2. Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.

Full-time Pay:

Starting $25/hr with pay increase after 90 days if you meet metrics.
