Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support financial operations and ensure timely, accurate processing of accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records Assist with various accounting and administrative duties Work with internal and external customers to resolve payment-related issues Meet time-sensitive deadlines and maintain confidentiality Support departmental needs and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial software Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred Equivalent combinations of education and relevant office experience will be considered
