Hourly Rate:

$22- 23/hr Job Responsibilities Issuing invoices on daily basis using our operation system by referring to rate table per customer. Fulfilling and following particular instructions per customer to deliver invoices in the designated way, such as uploading set of PDF documents to designated online site, sending invoices to correct party by emails, etc. Identifying correct vendor invoices and allocating such to the correct shipment data for accurate cost allocation per shipment. Creating and updating billing SOP per customer Other Requirements Willing to learn and expand capability / capacity Capable of paying close attention to carefully create and handle invoices Capable of speeding up with routine works Capable of keep files organized Creative thinking to review and improve from 'as-is'
