We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. This position is based in Bolivar, OH and supports the accounts payable function for multiple manufacturing locations operating within the SAP ERP system . The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to both internal customers and vendors. What You'll Do As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments while supporting month-end accounting activities. Primary Responsibilities Process, review, and reconcile vendor invoices within established processing timelines. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation while resolving discrepancies. Route invoices for approval and voucher purchase order invoices within SAP. Maintain accurate vendor master records and ensure proper account maintenance. Process vendor payments through ACH, electronic payment methods, and other approved payment processes. Prepare payment proposals and supporting documentation for management approval. Monitor and reconcile the Goods Receipt Not Invoiced (GRNI) report to ensure accurate financial reporting. Post electronic payments within SAP and maintain accurate payment records. Respond professionally and promptly to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status. Partner with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and other departments to resolve invoice and purchasing issues. Support month-end close by ensuring invoices are processed timely and assisting with accruals for outstanding liabilities. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and streamline accounts payable processes. Assist with additional accounting projects and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of accounts payable or accounting experience , preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with SAP ERP or a comparable ERP system. Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information.
