• Duties
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist with company accounting tasks
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation
• Submit payroll information to processor and other paperwork
• Utilize QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software as needed
• Qualifications
• Knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles
• Experience in accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, and credit analysis is preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software
