COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Ludlow Composites Corporation is a 80+ year old leading manufacturer of PVC and latex foam products serving a variety of different markets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist both accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed. Provide sales team weekly customer/sales rep reporting. Review and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual customer rebates. Complete monthly sales representative commission reports. Provide support with a variety of monthly analysis. Organize and maintain retention files for required period of time. Assist in month-end closing activities including variance reporting and journal entries. Additional tasks as requested by management.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 years hands-on accounting experience Strong analytical and organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, self-starter Strong knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Office a must. Salary is commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefit package.
