Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances Post and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions What We're Looking For in an
