What You'll Do Process and enter 75-300 invoices weekly, depending on volume Assist with payment batches and check printing Research and resolve invoice issues Communicate with vendors and internal teams Support payment process improvements and maintain accurate records What You'll Bring The ideal AP Specialist will have: 6+ months of administrative, data entry, or accounting experience An interest in accounting or finance Strong organizational and communication skills Vendor communication experience is a plus Why Consider This Role?
