Accounts Payable Clerk Nitro Roofing & Construction is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for our New Rome, Ohio office. We're a family-first team focused on integrity, exceptional customer experiences, and helping every team member grow.

Responsibilities:

Process and code vendor invoices and credit card receipts daily; route for approval Reconcile monthly statements and follow up on missing documentation Maintain vendor compliance records and respond to vendor documentation requests Update job costing budgets and flag low-margin jobs to management weekly Support front-office reception: answer calls, log customer info in JobNimbus, greet clients/subs Maintain accurate data in QuickBooks and our CRM; report to the

Controller Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers/financial documentation Accounting software experience (QuickBooks a plus) Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple ongoing tasks

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1-hour lunch), with seasonal flexibility

Pay:

$18.00/hour, biweekly, with quarterly performance-based raise potential (Can be negotiated based on experience)
