FT Job Description:

• Upload daily emails and rename.
• Process invoices in a timely fashion always taking discounts.
• Use analytic skills to resolve issues.
• Review statements and reports and address past due timely.
• Communicate with stores, vendors and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Model the right behavior on time and attendance, work ethic and tasks in general.
• Be a team player and assist others within the company as needed with a positive attitude.
• Follow the employee handbook guidelines.

Qualifications and educational requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in A/P preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email)
• Basic math skills
• Entry level analytical skills
• Ability to handle busy, fast paced office

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
