Monday - Friday This position operates in a professional office environment routinely using computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, printers and filing.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years' verifiable accounting experience is required. Accounting duties include but are not limited to: Balance Sheets Income Statements Daily Deposits Bank Reconciliations Payment Reconciliations Maintaining/Printing Accounting reports Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Other duties as assigned Must possess: Valid driver's license Solid work history

Expectations:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accurac?. Assist Accounting Manager with special projects. Assist other departments if needed. Provide a positive experience for clients. Maintain good employee relations by being courteous and amicable toward others within the company
