Seiling Public Schools is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our central office team as Activity Accounts Secretary. This position supports the students, sponsors, and coaches who make our school activities possible by keeping accurate financial records and providing friendly, professional service. Primary duties Maintain financial records for school activity accounts. Process receipts, purchase documentation, and authorized payments. Prepare account financial reports. Assist sponsors and coaches with account procedures and paperwork. Provide general central office assistance as assigned.
