The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Office Support Associate This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Ellwood City

• Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram , the Office Support Associate is responsible for a number of administrative duties within the office, including processing payroll, processing accounts receivables, and performing biller duties.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing various accounting statements and reports

• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records Coordinating accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions Utilizing computer to input, retrieve or display accounting information

Job Requirements:

Experience processing payroll

• preferred High School diploma or equivalent
• required Cash handling experience
• required Experience in accounting; Automotive Dealership experience
• preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills
• required Experience with Microsoft Office software
• required CDK experience
• preferred Strong acclimation to mathematics and analysis
