• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
• Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements. ```Experience```
• Proven bookkeeping experience..
• Experience with payroll processing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks online and desktop.
