Real Estate Assistant & Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist Location:
Northeastern South Dakota (Estelline, SD) We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team in a unique dual-role position supporting both Whitetail Properties Real Estate, Graeb Land Team and Blue Wing Outdoors Fisheries Science. This position offers the opportunity to work in two growing businesses while developing a broad range of administrative, customer service, and accounting skills. There is significant potential for growth as responsibilities and experience expand. Primary Responsibilities Real Estate Assistant Support the daily operations of the Graeb Land Team by: Providing exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and clients. Answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with client inquiries. Coordinating appointments, meetings, and property showings. Preparing listing paperwork, contracts, and transaction documents. Managing databases, files, and client records. Assisting with marketing materials and listing coordination. Supporting agents throughout the transaction process to ensure deadlines are met. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist Support the financial operations of Blue Wing Outdoors Fisheries Science by: Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Preparing invoices and recording customer payments. Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Assisting with bookkeeping and account reconciliation. Communicating professionally with customers regarding billing and payments. Supporting office administration and other financial tasks as assigned. Qualifications Maintain a client-first mindset by providing responsive communication, proactive support, and exceptional service to ensure every client has a positive experience. Friendly, personable, and professional attitude. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software. Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, or human resources is preferred. Previous experience in an office, real estate, or accounting environment is beneficial but not required.
