SUMMARY:

Office Personnel will assist in the daily office operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Assist with scheduling appointments, give information to callers and type correspondence. Assist with filing correspondence and other records. Assist with maintaining a filing and records system, including electronic storage of documents. Assist with maintaining appropriate inventory of office supplies and materials. Assist with answering the phone Bill accounts receivable, other than those directly related to a monthly water bill and pursue collections thereof. Assist with processing daily payments Assist with all consumer water accounts, including automatic meter reading and electronic billing. Assist with preparing customer service call tickets and inform operators of service work. Assist with processing paperwork for new or changes to services. Utilize billing and accounting software and MS Office. Compile data and communicate with customers on potential water leaks. Manage website and Facebook page Assist with quarterly system newsletter. Miscellaneous Maintain office facilities in clean, neat and orderly manner. Participate in training opportunities. Coordinate work schedule with other staff members to insure efficient operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
