MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM Friday Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our client in Hendersonville. Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Process payments, including checks and ACH transactions Manage scheduled payments and ensure bills are paid on time Review expense reports and company credit card statements Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records Office & Accounting Support Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions Enter and maintain financial information within accounting systems Organize accounting documentation and records Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed Support the accounting team with additional projects and daily operations Qualifications Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with invoices, financial records, and numbers Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dealership accounting experience is a plus
