Job Summary All American Salt & Brine Distribution Company ,LLC are growing company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. Primary Responsibilities Enter vendor bills and customer invoices Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) Maintain inventory quantities and costs in Katana Assist with inventory receiving and adjustments Update products, vendors, and pricing Maintain accurate financial and inventory records Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred QuickBooks Online experience required Experience with Katana Manufacturing ERP (Katana Software) is a plus Experience creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) Experience with inventory management and inventory tracking Experience entering vendor bills and customer invoices Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in landscaping, construction, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in financial management and office support!
