Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a small, collaborative accounting team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong focus on accounts receivable, cash applications, and day-to-day accounting support. Responsibilities

+ Process accounts receivable and cash applications

+ Post customer payments and transactions to bank accounts

+ Enter and process accounting vouchers

+ Assist with AP/AR activities

+ Research and resolve payment or posting discrepancies

+ Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

+ Provide general accounting and administrative support

+ Assist with front desk coverage as part of the role Requirements + 1-2 years of accounting experience

+ Experience with AR, cash applications, and basic AP

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Comfortable working in a small, quiet office environment

+ Prophet 21 experience is a plus, but not required

+ Strong communication skills and willingness to assist across the team Position Details +

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM +
