Modern office setting We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, as well as providing administrative support to the office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Should know Peachtree Sage accounting.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process payments and invoices. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. Perform data entry and filing duties. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare reports for management review.
