Duties Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections using QuickBooks Online Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements Assist with payroll processing, including deductions, tax filings, and compliance with relevant regulations Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using spreadsheets and specialized accounting software Assist with human resources duties for new and existing employees Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within corporate or nonprofit environments preferred but not required Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations efficiently and accurately Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills to prepare clear financial reports and collaborate across teams Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise in administration and bookkeeping makes a meaningful impact.
