Direct Hire Responsibilities:

Process daily route sheets. Create maintenance contracts on new equipment. Scan documents. Process and bill equipment deals sold during the month. Audit filters to ensure information is up to date. Back up receptionist when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of clerical, data entry, accounting, or similar experience in a corporate environment Must be available for overtime when needed Strong time management skills Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills
