Job Description

Full-Time Bookkeeper The Welcome Group | Weatherford, Texas or Estes Park, CO The Welcome Group, a national real estate investment group specializing in multiple sectors of the real estate industry, is seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility to work hybrid from our home office in Weatherford, Texas or Estes Park, CO. Responsibilities The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and helping oversee the day-to-day financial activity of the company.

Primary responsibilities include:

Reviewing and reconciling bank accounts Tracking and categorizing company expenses and revenues Monitoring expenditures and identifying discrepancies or unusual spending Maintaining accurate and organized financial records Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Statements (P&Ls) and Balance Sheets Assisting with month-end financial reporting and reconciliation Supporting management with financial information and reporting as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with basic accounting systems and financial reporting Experience preparing and reviewing P&Ls and balance sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities reliably Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Who We're Looking For The Welcome Group values reliability, professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
